The helpful staff at Ilunion made me feel safe and secure. When I injured my arm, they were very good by accommodating my ice request. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the rooms were comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and soundproofed. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of local restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any inquiries we had. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to local restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed the fact that the room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided daily.
The noise levels in the hotel were quite high, especially with doors slamming shut constantly throughout the day.

One guest had to wait for 45 minutes to check in due to a busy time.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. It is located in a quieter residential district, close to public transport and within walking distance of the main center. The rooms have a comfortable bed and offer nice views, as shown in the pictures. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious and includes individualized plates, with egg dishes prepared upon order.
